Ministry of Helps Lead Servant
Ministry of Helps Lead Servant
Blessed are they who serve the Lord.
Our Ministry of Helps is a dedicated and committed group of women of God, with a servants heart, who go over and beyond to provide help from setting up to cleaning up for all of our cafes, fellowships, events and/or conferences, serving as greeters to make our guests/attendees feel welcome and serving as program participants for our events as their busy schedules permits on a rotational basis based on their availability.
We are so humbled and so grateful for Sister Cathy (as well as Sister Michelle Wilson) and their willingness to humbly serve in the capacity to coordinate our Ministry of Helps and related events as well as helping their spiritual Mama, Pastor Carla,
to carry out of the vision of our ministry with a servant's heart.
In addition to the Servant's Leadership Board of Director's humbly serving this capacity, we are so humbled and blessed to have Sister Nancy Loughlin, Sister Pattii Quinn, Sister Gail DeCicco, Mama Shirley Smedes, Sister Lora Milczewski, Sister Jessica Dearborn, and Sister Colette Coston who also serves as Pastor Carla's Assistant. In addition we are blessed to have Evangelist Andrea Downer, Sister Michelle Wilson and Sister Erica Guerin as three of our honorary members of the Ministry of Helps. We are so grateful for our Ministry of Helps and their service with a servant's heart for God's glory.
Each year, before Covid, the Lord laid it on Pastor Carla's heart to host a Ministry of Helps Luncheon to show her heartfelt appreciation for all that they do to bless her and the ministry for which she is eternally grateful.
We are also very excited to welcome as an honorary member to our Ministry of Helps team, Brother Jerry Garfman who so graciously helps us with our events in memory of his loving wife, the late Sister June Garfman, who Pastor Carla affectionately called Mama June who we love and miss so very much. We are forever grateful for Brother Jerry's service with a servant's heart to our ministry in memory of his loving wife to lend us a helping hand whenever he can.
